Marleen Moise is a Queens-based, multidisciplinary artist. their work centers around themes of self-exploration and community. they use art to share stories, connect with others, and ultimately, heal. Marleen started her artistic journey at a young age with a foundation in performing arts. She found her way into photography by spending hours looking through photo albums and playing with old cameras as a child. curious about the world around her, she started documenting life experiences through photographs. currently, she specializes in event photography and portraits. marleen strives to help others feel seen, heard and loved through her work.
